The portfolio consists of +50 assets, which are strategically located across most of Denmark and selected European countries comprising a total area of 286,926 sq. m besides several assets with further development opportunities and building rights.

Asset Management

We are a highly experienced real estate company with expertise within asset management including company and property management as well as fund management. We are managing both our own proprietary assets and third parties with the purpose to maximize the value of assets while minimizing risk and managing costs.

We have several assets under management and our objective is to expand the portfolio by acquiring an additional 6,000-8,000 rooms by 2030, positioning Proark for sustained growth and profitability in the hospitality industry.

Being financially savvy is part of our DNA

We are a real estate company that generate revenue from both wholly owned real estate and externally administered properties. We have reinvested the majority of our profit in the last four years.  

Additionally, we are a financially robust business with a solvency at around 30% and we continue to develop our business with a savvy approach.
