Karen Egede Nielsen joins as Head of Development
With extensive experience from Hines, where she led the development and construction of large-scale transformation projects such as The Trinity Quarter in Copenhagen, Karen brings strong strategic insight and a deep understanding of sustainable urban development.
Maksim Johansen joins as Head of Office / Highstreet Retail
Maksim also comes from Hines, where he worked across the Nordic markets within asset and investment management. His analytical approach and commercial mindset will strengthen Proark’s work with office and highstreet retail properties – ensuring that we continue to create attractive spaces for both tenants and partners.
Lars Løie as Operations Coordinator
Lars brings more than 25 years of experience within technical operations and property management. With deep practical insight and hands-on expertise, he will play a key role in daily operations, insurance coordination, and technical advisory across the portfolio.
